TERMS & CONDITION

  1. The Costas Theodorou Privilege Card is issued and remains property of Costas Theodorou Ltd.
  2. Costas Theodorou Ltd reserves the right to decline an application or to suspend the use of a Costas Theodorou Privilege Card.
  3. Costas Theodorou Ltd reserves the right to vary or terminate the terms or conditions (of part or the entire Privilege Scheme) and also to cancel or to change any benefits offered to its card holders at any time without notice.
  4. Costas Theodorou Ltd bears no responsibility in cases where a card is misused or used for purposes other than those set out in the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card Scheme.
  5. In order to participate in the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card Scheme you must be over 16 years old.
  6. In Cases where cards are lost or destroyed please contact personally or by telephone any Costas Theodorou shop for the replacement of your card.
  7. The Costas Theodorou Privilege Card can not be used as a credit card or a cheque guarantee card.
  8. To be entitled to the benefits offered by the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card scheme, you must complete the application form with your personal information.
  9. The Costas Theodorou Privilege Card can be used at any Costas Theodorou store throughout Cyprus.
  10. In order to participate in the different offers and privileges of the scheme you must present your Costas Theodorou Privilege Card at the cash register before any purchase is made.
  11. Claims for benefits offered by the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card scheme can only be made by the holders of the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card
  12. All offers on products in respect to the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card holders are valid upon the availability of stock or until the expiry date of the offer.
  13. All benefits offered by the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card cannot be exchanged for cash or other financial benefits.
  14. Decisions taken by Costas Theodorou Ltd regarding the operation of the Costas Theodorou Privilege Card scheme and its terms and conditions, shall be final and are binding on all Costas Theodorou Privilege Card holders.
